Because the various kinds of physical properties of PIOCELAN can be adjusted using polymer hybrid technology, a variety of series such as O and S is prepared.
The O series, which is suitable for the use of various structural components, has high shock absorption and is also adopted for use in the shock energy absorption materials of automobiles. It includes small E-type particles, which are suitable for foamed molded articles with more complex shapes, and the persistent antistatic NS type, which is applicable for use where static charges must be eliminated, such as transport cases for electronic parts.
The S series is suitable for use in various cushioning / packaging materials thanks to its high cushioning performances, while its high expansion ratio enables both resource-saving and cost cutting.
As for the details of each grade, we welcome your inquiries. We will propose the corresponding grade / type of PIOCELAN based on your requirements.
