To develop the global business strategy of "PIOCELAN", which is polyethylene / polystyrene compounded foam resin, a logo was devised as part of the image strategy to promote sales and proliferation, both at home and abroad.

Meaning of the logo

The characteristics of "PIOCELAN", which features an outstanding combination of the advantages of both polystyrene and polyethylene resins, are expressed by the two different colored circles laid out on the level.
In addition, the "wa" (meaning "link" in Japanese), which combines both the circles, is also a "wa" (that also means "accord"), which respectively combines people and materials with each other, as well as the "wa" (also meaning "ring") which combines both the materials. The meaning of a global expanse is also expressed, projecting an image of the earth.
Regarding the color, green, which is the company color as well as that of the environment, is used at the front, and a warm color, orange, which is the opposite to green, is laid out, in order to emphasize the explicitness, as well as symbolizing materials of different natures.
